Our health and development are marked by our involvement in community social activities, our ability to take care of ourselves, our level of control over the circumstance of our lives, and by the context in which our relationship with the neighborhood, community and society takes place. Loneliness as a lots to do with our health, toiling with loneliness is like a smoker who knows the effect of cigarette and still smoke it because of the pleasure derive in it, we should understand the formula of being lonely is as not having ability to connect with people socially or with the people that surround us.


                                 Don't allow loneliness to take your happiness away from you

 Health a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of  diseases and infirmity. Some factors affecting health are due to individual choices, such as whether to engage in a high risk behavior, while others are due structural causes, such as whether the society is arranged in away that makes it easier or harder for people to get necessary healthcare services. Knowing the definition of health this should help you to know the importance of your health so the loneliness won’t over power your health.

 I will surmise that an individual we should help to make ourselves happy being connecting to people around you, make a new social life. Social relationship are integral to human well-being, social integration  have protective effect on morbidity and mortality outcome. Yet loneliness and social isolation are often overlooked, despite been vital public concerns, with mortality risk well comparable to well established factor such as cigarette smoking and even exceeding the influence of physical activity and obesity.

loneliness can be particular important among order adult, for whom decreases in economic resources, increases in impairments, and the deaths of contemporaries can heighten the risk of social isolation and loneliness. Negative health outcomes linked to loneliness include high blood pressure, disability, and depression. Such morbidities may, in turn, create higher need for health care and be linked to higher health care utilization, especially among older adults, who are more likely to suffer from multiple conditions. In essence, it is possible that lonely persons seek physician care less for medical needs than to have someone to talk to.

 Health risk of loneliness

Although it's hard to measure social isolation and loneliness precisely, there is string evidence that many adults aged 50 and older are socially isolated or lonely in ways that put their health at risk. 

- Social isolation significantly increased a person's risk of premature death from all causes, a risk that may rival those of smoking, obesity, and physical in activity.

- Loneliness was associated with high rate of depression, anxiety, and suicide.
