WHY DO I FEEL LONELY










Why do I feel lonely? You can still feel lonely even you are surrounded by people, being among people doesn’t mean you are not ok or something is totally wrong with you. I assumed that everyone feel at a point or the other, loneliness occur when someone is in a state of distress or being tired and to relax.

You can still experience loneliness in relationship even having a large group of people around you

Some reasons you can still feel lonely when surrounded by people:

- Mental health conditions

- Shame

- Changing of environment

- Loss

- Depression/ distress

- Lack of good relationship with others

  Loneliness is real but the way people view it will depend on how you are going to treat it so that it won’t have negative impact.
